Our journey began with our CEO, Casey Neumann, who was raised in small-town North Dakota. He got his work ethic from helping with his family’s businesses and farm. After getting his bachelor’s in Business from Minot State University, he set his roots in Bismarck and worked in finance and management in the automotive industry for more than 20 years. When medical marijuana was legalized in North Dakota, he saw the opportunity to make an impact and help those across our state with their medical ailments and had a vision to drive positive change in the lives of those seeking alternative health solutions. Meet Jacob, the Operations Manager of all three Pure Dakota Health locations since 2020. Jacob was drawn to work at Pure Dakota Health to change the perception of medical marijuana and make a positive impact on people’s lives. For him, the most rewarding aspect of the job is helping people who are skeptical about medical marijuana discover its possible benefits, slowly turning them into firm believers in its potential. He ensures that patients feel welcome and comfortable, creating a warm and empathetic environment that encourages trust and open communication. Jacob’s role goes beyond providing medical marijuana; he helps patients at every stage, from understanding if it is right for them to guiding them in product selection based on their needs and lifestyle.

Since 2021, Natalie, our General Manager in Bismarck, has developed a deep passion for ensuring patients leave happy and at ease.
